Services Description
Saywulu Homecare LLC provides non-medical home care services including companionship, sitter services, respite care, and in-home aide services. Our services are designed to help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.
Service Agreement
Prior to beginning care services, clients will receive a detailed service agreement outlining the specific services to be provided, schedule, fees, and other relevant terms. This service agreement, along with these Terms of Service, governs the provision of our care services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients and their families agree to:
- Provide accurate information about care needs and health conditions
- Maintain a safe environment for our caregivers
- Communicate any changes in care needs or schedule in a timely manner
- Pay for services according to the agreed-upon terms
- Treat our caregivers with respect and dignity
Limitation of Services
Saywulu Homecare LLC provides non-medical care services only. Our caregivers are not licensed to provide medical care, administer medications (except for reminders), or perform medical procedures. For medical needs, please consult with appropriate healthcare providers.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled care visits. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Saywulu Homecare LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the preceding twelve months.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Saywulu Homecare LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
